Now that I know it works *flawlessly*, I can upgrade to a next-gen M1X/M2 mini when they come out, IF I need the horsepower for another VST. Yep, I got the lowest end base spec (8GB, 256GB SSD) and it was an Apple refurb to boot.ġ) This was more of a proof of concept for me, I don't have a huge VST library.Ģ) I was reasonably confident this config would run Garritan CFX, my preferred (and only) VST. Did you go with 8gb ram or 16gb? And which processor/hard drive configuration?
